Here's what we've learned helps create a successful partnership with us...

Leadership buy-in...

The support and commitment of the leadership team in a church is crucial to the success of an event. Ultimately, they set tone for organizational alignment and participant engagement. Leadership endorsement lends credibility to the event and fosters a culture of participation, collaboration, and enthusiasm among staff, congregation, and local community.

Commitment to provide volunteer support...

Securing a dedicated team of 4-10 volunteers each day is essential for the smooth operation and success of our event. Volunteers play a pivotal role in ensuring that every aspect of the event, from registration and guest assistance to logistics and program support, runs seamlessly. Their commitment and enthusiasm not only enhance the attendee experience but also contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

A solid production team...

As the vision for the Story of Scripture events has grown to include live music, the need for a competent technical team has become more critical than ever.  While our team will provide the necessary files, a minimum of two team members are needed for the duration of the event: one to run audio (Live sound and Ableton) and another to manage video (ProPresenter).

A versatile facility...

Ideally, a host church is capable to accommodate our event's diverse needs. The main teaching sessions must be technologically equipped, areas for lunches and snacks should be flexibile and comfortable, a designated green room is essential for speakers to prepare and recharge, a staging area ensures smooth logistics behind the scenes. Efficient registration areas are crucial for welcoming attendees and allowing them to peruse our tables for resources and merchandise.
